S.O. 218(M).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 2 of the Maruti Limited- (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (64 of 1980), the Central Government hereby specifies the 26th day of March, 1981 as the date for the purpose of section 16 of the said Act.
