NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th March, 1981
S.O. 219(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred b'y sub-secllon (4) of section 6A ot the Oilfields (Regulation and Development) Act, 1948 (.53 of 1948), the Central Government hereby enhances with effect from the 1st April, 1981 the rule at which royalties shall be payable in respect of mineral oils, name;y, crude oil and casing-head condensate and makes the following further amcndnients in the Schedule to the said Act, namely : —
In the Schedule to the Oilfields (Regulation and Development) Act, 1948 (53 of 1948), for items 1 and 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :•—
" 1. Crude oil : Rupees (.ixty-one per metric tonne.
2. Casing-head condensate : Rupees sixty-one per metric tonne".
