New Delhi, the 25th March, 1981
S.O 220(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act. 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, being requested so to do by Allahabad Bank, establishes, with effect from the 26th March, 1981 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the name of Tulsi- Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of the District of Banda in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

S.O. 223(E).-—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of sccriou 42 of the Resene Bank of India, Act, 1934 P of 1934) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to thc said Act of the following bank, namely :—
'Tuld Gnunin Bank, Banda (U.P.)".
S.O. 2221.E).—In pursuance oC sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies for the purpose of the said sub-clause, Tulsi Gramin Bank, Bando being an institution established under nub-section (1) of section 3 of thc Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976)
