CT.-^.R. 2l5(l$).-:—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 174-A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Ccn ral liovcinmcnt, being satisfied that it is necessary aifll expedient in the public interest sA to do, hereby ^(ftnpts frfttt ihc operation of rule 174 or the said Rules, T:he goods falling under Hera No. 68 of the Fiist .Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) and exempted from tli? whole of the duty of excise leviab'e thereon on the basis of value of clearances made in a financial year so long as they remain exempt from the whole of the. duty of excise lcviahle thereon in terms of the notification issued under
(ii) the said poods me manufactured in a factory other than a factory defined in clause (m) of section 2 uf Ihe I acton:s Act. 1948 (63 of 1948).
2. This notification shall come into for;e ;n the 1st day
of April. 1981.
