G.S.R, 225(E)..—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the- public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 200-Customs, dated the 28th September, 1979, namely :—
In the gaid notification, in paragraph 2, for the figiues, letters and words "31st day of March, 1981" the figures letters and vvoids "31st day of March. 1982" shall be substi- tuted.
