S.O. 238(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and Central Bank of India, by which Saran Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies, Chapra as the place where Saran Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.
