(21 of 1976), the Central Government, being requested so to do by Union Bank of India, establishes, with effect from the 30th March, 1981 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the name of Gomti Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of the district of Jaunpur in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
