In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures letters and words "31st day of March, 1981". the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1982" shall bo substituted.

CENTRAL EXCISES 86-Customs, dated the 25th April, 1978

G.S.R. 24l(E)-—In exercise of the powers conferred by la paragraph 2 of the said noti- fication, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1981", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1982" shall be substituted^

sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, tho Cen- tral Government hereby directs that each of tho notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column 3.

( 3) of the said Table.

In the said notification, para- graph 2 Shall be omitted.
