केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
सा० का० मि० 243 ( भ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1914 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निदेश करनी है कि इसमें उपाबद्ध मारणी के स्तम्म ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट भारत सरकार के वित्त मवालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना का, उक्त मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की नत्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट रीति में और सशोधन किया जाएगा ।

13 उक्त अधिसूवना के पैरा 2 में यक्, अक्षर भौर शब्द " 31 मार्च , 1981 " के स्थान पर " 31 मार्च , 1982 " श्रक , अक्षर और शब्द रखे आये ।
2 54/30 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तारीख मई, 1980
13 उक्त अधिसुबना के पैरा 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखत पैग रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्-- " 2. पहले परन्तुक का मद ( छ) 31 मार्च , 1992 तक, जिसमे यह विन भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी । "
मई, 1980 3 55/80 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 13 उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 2 के स्थान पर निम्मलिखित पैरा को रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:- "2 वतुर्थ परम्युक की मद ( छ) 31 मार्च , 1982 तक, जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी

CENTRAL EXCISE
G.SR. 243 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby directs that each ofthe Notifiacations of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance Depart- ment of Revenue) , specified in column (2 ) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table .

In paragraph 2 of the said notification , for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1981 " , the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1982 " shall be substituted .
2. 54/ 80- Central Excises , dated the 13th May, 1980
In the said notification , for paragraph 2 . the following paragraph shall be sub- stituted , namely :
"2. Item (g) of the first proviso shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day ofMarch , 1982" .
3. 55/ 80 -Contral Excises , dated the 13 th May , 1980
In the said notification , for paragraph 2 , the follow in paragraph shall be sub- stituted namely :-
"2. Item ( g) of the fourth proviso shall be in force up to and inclusive of the 31st day of March , 1982 " .
