ul in the opening paragraph, foi the bracket and words "(Acquisition and Transfer or Undertakings" read "(Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings)";
tii) in sub-rule (1) of rule 1, for the bracket and words "(Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings" read "(Acquisition and Transfer of Under- takings)" ;
