ceutical Works Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Under- takings) Act, 1980 (58 of 1980), the Central Government hereby directs that the undertakings of the Bengal Chemical and Pharmaceutical Works Limited, and the right title and interest of the said company in relation to its undertakings, which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Act, shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Government, vest in an existing Government com- pany, namely, the Smith Stanistreet Pharmaceuticals Limited, on the 1st day of April, 1981.
