S.O. 290 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- Paragraph (1) of Paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control), Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby amends the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Depart- ment of Chemicals and Fertilizers) No. S.O. 83(E), dated the 28th January, 1981, as follows namely :
"In the said Order Serial Nos. 10 and 11 and the entries
relating thereto shall he omitted".
