CENTRAL EXCISES

G3.R. 280(E).—In exercise of (he powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rulo

8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the

following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India

in tho Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 206/63-Ontral

Excisei, dated the 30th November, 1963, namely :—

In the said notification, after item (iii), the following item shall be inserted,

namely :—

"(iv) other iron or steol products falling under sub-item (ia) of Item

No. 26AA of the said First Schedule on which the appropriate duty

of excise hat already been paid;".
