SUBJECT :—Export of Crysotile and Kaolinite (China Clay) during 1981-82.
No. 6/13/81-E. n.—Attention is invited to the Exports Control Amendment Order No. E(C)O, 1977/AM (201) dated the 16th April, 1981, on the above subject.
2. It has been decided to allow the export of the following minerals as per the
policy mentioned against each:
(i) Crysotilo, Crocidolito and Amosite Expert allcwcd "On Merits"
varieties cf Asbestos.
(ii) Kaolinitc (China Clay) Export will be allowed as pro-
vided under OGL-3.
3. Accordingly the fcllrwing shall be added after S. No. 45 (xiv) in the Policy
Statement of Expert P.licy B >ck 1981-82 :—
