फा० आ० 306 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , ओषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण) आवेण 1979 के पैग 3 के उपपैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त णक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम ग्मायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के श्रादेश सं ० का० ० 974 ( अ) , तारीख 16 दिसम्बर , 1980 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् उक्त श्रादेश की सारणी में, क्रम सं० 1 और उमसे संबंधित प्रवि- ष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्

S.O. 306 (E ) :-In exercise of the powers conferred by subparagraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1979 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizer's ) No. S.O. 974 (E ) dated the 16th December , 1980 namely : -
In the said Order in the Table , for Sl . No. 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :-

क१० ११० 307 (५) :-फेन्द्रीय सरकार , श्रोषधि (कीमत नियंत्रण ) भावेश, 1979 के पैरा 3 के उपपैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवस्त गक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्रमम उपाबद्ध मारणी में के स्तंभ 3 में यथा विनि- विष्ट कीमत को, उम अधिकतम कीमत के न्प में नियन करती है, जिम पर उक्त सारणी के स्तभ 2 की मस्स्थामी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट स्वदेश विनिर्मित प्रषुज ओषधियो से प्रत्येक का विक्रय किया जाएगा ।

paragraph ( 1) of pragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) order , 1979 ( he Central Government hereby fixes the price as specified in column 3 of the Table herets annexed as the maxi- mum price at which each of the indigenously manufactured bulk drugs specified in the corresponding entry ir column 2 of the said Table shall be sold,

का० आ० 308 (न) केन्द्रीय सरकार , ओषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आत्रेण, 1979 के पैरा 3 के उपरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, भाग्न सरकार के पेट्रोलियम, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रगायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) की अधिसूचना स ० का० आ० 974 (अ) , तारोमा 16 दिसम्बर , 19५० के प्रादेवा म निम्नलिखिन का संशोधन करती है, अन्ि
उक्त आदेश में उनाबद्ध सारणी मे क्रम सरुयाक 4 में 10 नक मा श्रऔर उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियो का लोप किया जाएगा ।
[स० 8 ( 88)/ 79-प्रोषधि-2] का ० आ० 309(अ) केन्द्रीय मरकार , ओषधि ( कीमत नियंत्क्षण) श्रादेश, 1979 के पैरा 3 के डापैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रश्न शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, प्रति किलोग्राम 8410.70 रु ० को ऐसी अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत के रूप में नियन करती है, जिस पर स्वदेश विनिर्मित एमिटाइन हाइड्रोक्लोराइड का विश्य किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 309( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs ( Price Control ) Order, 1979 , the Central Government hereby fixes Rs . 8410.70 per kg . as the maximum sale price at which Emitine Hydro- chloride manufactured indigenously shall be sold.

का ० १० 310 (अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आवेश , 1979 के पैरा 12 के उपपैग ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्न शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम , ग्भायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय के आदेश सं० क्रा० प्रा० 195 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 अप्रैल , 1979 का निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त आदेश से उपाबद्ध माग्णी में
"प्रवर्ग । बिनिर्मिनियां" शीर्ष के नीचे क्रम स० 3 और उमसे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियो का लोप किया जाएगा ।

का० ० 311 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , औषधि ( कीमत मियंत्रण) आदेश , 1979 के पैरा 12 के उपपैग ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदश्य शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तभ 5 में विमिदिग्ट कीमतो को, उक्त मारणी के म्पभ 2 की वत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट विनिर्माित की, उसके स्भ 3 ग्रौर 4 की तस्थाती प्रविष्टियों में क्रमश. विनिविष्ट शक्ति और पैक गाढज महित पुनरीक्षित्र अग्रणी कीमत के रूप मे, उत्पाव-शल्क और स्थानीय कर को यदि कोई है, छोडकर, नियत करनी है ।
