CUSTOMS
698 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (b) the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the second mentioned Act.[No. 113/F. No. 346/18/80-TRU]
G.S.R. 304(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-clause (4) of clause 47 of the Finarice Bill, 1981, which clause has, by virtue of the declaration made in the said Bill under the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1931 (16 of 1931), the force of law, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 47-Customs, dated 1st March, 1981, namely :—
In the Schedule to the said notification, after Serial No. 72 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
"73. NOL 113—Customs, dated the 23rd April, 1981."
