S.O. 316(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Paper (Conservation mid Regulation of Use) Order, 1974, the Central Govern- ment hereby exempts the printing of advertisement or propaganda material '.alendiirs, diaries and invitation oi greeting cards from the operation of the provisions of clause 3 of the said order for a period upto and inclusive of the 31st March. 1982.
