New Delhi, the 25th April, 1981

S. O. 318(E.)/18AA/IDRA/81.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies, Department of Industrial Development No. S. O. 319(E)/18AA/IDRA/76, dated 27th April, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the stud Order), the Central Go- vernment had authorised the Jammu and Kashmir Industries Limited to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Plyboard Industries Limited, Pampore, Jammu & Kashmir, for a period of 5 years, that is upto and inclusive of the 26 h April, 1981:

And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period of one year. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 18AA read with the proviso in sub- section (2) of Section 18A of the Industrial (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government (539) 108 GI/81 540 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA ; EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 2f)'jih April, 1982

S. O. 319(E)/15A/IDRA/81.-—In exercise of the powers confeired by section 15A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government heicby makes the following amendment in the Order of ihe Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Tndustiial Development) No. S. O. 125(E)/13A/IDRA/81, dated the 23id February, 1981, namely :—

in the said Order, for the last paiagraph, the lollowiDg

shall be substituted, namely :—

"The above body shall submit its report to the Central

Government by tho 11th May, 1981".
