सा०का० मि 313 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त मशक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना मावश्यक है, यह निरेण देती है कि इससे संलग्भ सारणी के स्तंम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिविष्ट भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग की अधिसूचनाओं में से प्रत्येक का उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिविष्ट रीति से, यथास्थिति, संशोधन या भौर संशोधन किया जाएगा ।

अंतर्गत आने वाला सभी माल जो निम्नलिखित से भिन्न है, अर्थात्:
(क) लोहे या इस्पात या अधिक कार्बन वाले इस्पात था या मिश्रधावु बाले इस्पात की ( जिसमें स्टेनलेस इस्पात सम्मि लित नहीं हैं ) पडल की हुई शाकाएं, पाइलिंग ब्लाक, लम्प और वैसे ही भाकार, ब्लूम, बिलेट पासे और पत्तर की शा लाकाएं ( जिनके अंतर्गत टिनप्लेसट की शलाकाएं भी हैं)
(या) लोहे या इस्पात या अधिक कार्बन वाले इस्पात या मिश्रधातु वाले इस्पात की ( जिस मेस्टेनलैस इस्पात सम्मि- लिसे नहीं हैं ) शलाकाएं पौर छड़ें (जिनके अम्तर्गत तार की छड़ें भी हैं) जो तप्त बेल्लित , गढ़ी हुई, बहिर्वेधित शीत प्ररुपित या शीत परिरुपितं जिसके अंतर्गत परिशु- द्धता पूर्वक बनाई गई भी हैं) हैं।
3. 107 -सीमाशुल्क उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी मे, क्रम तारीख 1 जुलाई, 1977 सं० 4 और 7 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियो का लोप किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 28th April , 1981
CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 313 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government , being salstisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended or further amended , as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table .

In the said notification for the words , brackets and figures "goods falling under sub- heading No. (1 ) of Heading No. 73.15 " , the words , brackets and figures "goods , falling under sub- heading No. (1) of Heading No. 73.15 [other than alloy steel (excluding stainless steel) and high carbon steel in the forms mentioned in sub -heading No. ( 1 ) 0 Heading No. 73.06 /07 and Heading No. 73.10 ( exclud- ing hollow mining drill steel) ] shall be substituted .

(i) Sl . Nos . 1 and 3 and the entries relating thereto , shallbe omitted;
(it) for Sl . No. 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl . No. and entries shall be sub- tituted, namely :

(a) puddled bars , pil- ings, blocks , lumps and similar forms , blooms, billets , slabs and sheet bars (in- cluding tin plate bars) , of iron or steel or high carbon steel or alloy steel ( ex- cluding stainless steel ) ;
(b) bars and rods ( in- cluding wire rods ) , of iron or steel or high carbon steel or alloy steel ( excluding stain- less steel , ) hot rolled forged , extruded , cold formed or cold finished ( including precision made)" .

ता० ता ० नि० 314 ( अ) --केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक- हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्ष मं ० 75.06/ 07 के उपशीर्ष मं० ( 1 ) और शीर्ष सं० 73.10 से र्णािल रूपो के और पूर्वोक्त पहली अनुसूची के शीर्ष सं ० 73 15 के उपशीर्ष सं ० ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत भाने वाले मिश्रधातु वाले इस्पात ( जिसमे स्टेनलैस इस्पात सम्मिलित नहीं है ) और अधिक कार्बन वाले इस्पात को उन पर उग्रह्णीय उस सीमा- शुल्क के जो उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिविष्ट है, उससे भांग से , जितना मृश्य के 45 प्रतिशत मे अधिक है, छूट देती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts alloy steel (excluding stainless steel ) and high carbon steel in the forms mentioned in sub - heading No. ( 1 ) of Heading No. 73.06/

07 and Heading No. 73.10 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) and falling under sub-heading No. ( 1 ) of Heading No. 73.15 of the said First Schedule from so much of that portion of the duty of cus- toms leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule, as is in excess of forty- five per cent ad valorem .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts hollow mining drill steel , falling under Heading No. 73.10 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , from so much of that portion of the duty of cus- toms leviable thereon which is specified in the sald First Sche- dule as is in excess of thirty per cent ad valorem .
