S.O. 322(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with •ub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipula- tor! (Forfeiture of Pfoporty) Act, 1976, (13 of 1976) the Central Government hereby makes tho following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 471 (E) (No. 5/Admn.(7)/78-Safema) dated the 28th July, 1978, namely:—
