And, whereas by the Order of the Government of India ,n the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 224(E), dated the 25'h April, 1979, the duration of the said Order was extended for a period of one year up*o (he 30th April, 1980;
And. wheioas by (he Orders of the Government of India in the 'Tmitry of Industry (Department of Industrial De- velonmen ) No S.O. 286(E> da'ed the 29th April, 1980 and No. S.O. 869(E)18AA|IDRAi80, dated the 31st October, 1980, the duration of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 30th April. 1981:
And. whereas the Central Government is of opinion thai it is expedient in the public in Anril. 1982:
Now, therefore, in exercise of (he powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation! Act, 1051 (fi5 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs tha- the said Order shall continue to have effec1 fr>t a further neriod of one year unto and inclusive of the 30th April, 1082.

No. 80-CUS.l S.O 326(E)|18FB|IDRA!81.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Minis'ry of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 302(E)|18FB! 1DRA!78, dated the 2nd May, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order*, 'he Centra! Government, in exercise of the powers confeired by clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries ^Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), had declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force imme- diately before the date of issue of the said Order to which the industrial undertaking loca'ed at Jaykaynagar near Asan- sol and belonging 'o the Aluminium Corporation of India Limited. Calcutta, is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking, shall remain suspended for a period of one year and that all rights previleges, obligations and liabilities armrM? or arising thereunder before the said date "hall remain suspended for a period of one year:
