Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-sec- tion (i) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby culls upon the said constituency to elect a person to fill the said vacancy before 18th June, 1981 (Thursday) in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders made thereunder.
