का० सं० 600/ 2502--2710 / 81 प्र ०८०:-सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, विनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशिन अधिसूखना सं० 52/फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र०८० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिमवायगी/सा ० सू ० 40/80 , दिनांक19 सितम्बर, 1980 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उप क्रम सं० 2603 ( क ) ( i ) , ( ii ) पीर ( iii ) के सामने " माल का विवरण" स्तम्भ में, " ( हाथ से कशीदाकारी किए गए अथवा हस्तचालित मशीन से कशीषाकारी किए गए वस्त्रों से भिन ) के रूप में पढ़े जाने भाले कोष्ठकों और शब्दों का , जहां कहीं भी आए हों, लोप किया जाएगा ।
मह "सार्वजनिक सूचना" 3 अप्रैल, 1981 को लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।

F. No. 600/ 2502-2710 / 81 - DBK .- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No . 602/2 / 70 -DBK published in the Gazette of India --- Extra - ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971 ), the Central Government hereby

makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN 40/80, dated the 19th September, 1980 :-
Inthe Column "Description of goods " against S.S.No. 2603 (A)(i ) , (ii) and ( iii ), the brackets and words reading as "(other than hand- embroidered or hand- operated machine embroidered fabrics) " wherever they occur shall be omitted.
This "Public Notice" shall be deemed to come into force on the 3rd of April , 1981 .

पटसन विनिर्मितियां, जिनमें पटसन से निर्मित सभी प्रकार की तैयार वस्तुएं (जिनमें विमलौपटम पटसन अथवा मेस्टा तंतु शामिल हैं) शामिल हैं जिनमें जूट का भार सर्वाधिक हो, भले ही उसमें कागज , प्लास्टिक, मानवनिर्मित तंतु तागे कता हुआ सूत मावि जैसी अन्य सामग्री हो अथवा महीं हो ।
( i) जब उसी रूप में निर्यात की गई हो ।
पंडसम से बनी वस्तु पर कोई प्रतिभदायगी स्वी- कार्य नहीं है । कागज से धनी , प्लास्टिक से बभी, भानवनिर्मित तन्तु तागे से बभी , कते हुए सूत से बनी वस्तुएं भौर/ अथवा अन्य सामग्री से बनी बस्तुओं के लिए, यथास्थिति, प्रति- अदायगी की उपयुक्त दर की अवायगी इस अनुसूची की संगत उप क्रम संख्या के सामनै विनिर्देशानुसार तथा उसमें उल्लिखित यदि कोई शर्ते हों तो उनके अध्यधीन रहते हुए , की जा सकती है ।
(ii) जब पटसन तागों, पटसन वस्त्रों और पटसन की विनिमितियों से भिन्न प्रतिभवायची हेतु पात्त्र माल के निर्यात में अथवा निर्यात के संबंध में वैकिग सामग्री के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया गया हो ।
पटसन से बनी वस्तुभों के संबंध में 660 रुपये (केवल छः सौ सााठ रुपये) प्रति मी. टम जमा कागज से बनी , प्लास्टिक से बनी भालव- निमित तन्तु तागों से धनी , कते हुए सूत से बनी बस्तुओं भौर/ अथवा भ्रश्य निहित सामग्री के लिए प्रतिभवायगी की उपर्युक्त वर जो इस अनुसूची की संबंधित उप क्रम संख्या के सामने यथा विनिर्विष्ट है तथा उसमें उल्लिखित महि कोई शर्ते हैं ; तो उनके अधीन हैं ।
2. यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 19 सितम्बर , 1980 को लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।

2713 Jute manufactures including made up articles manufac- tured out ofjute (including Bimlipatam jute or Mesta Fi- bre), all sorts, in which fute predominates in weight, whe- ther or not containing other materials like paper , plastic , man-made filament yarn , spun yarn etc. ( 1) When exported as such :
No drawback is admissible in respect ofjute con- tent. The appropriate rate of drawback may be paid for paper content , plastic content , man- made filament yarn content , spun yarn content , and/ or other materials contained, as the case may be , as specified against the relevant sub- serial No. of this schedule subject to the condi- tions ifany, mentioned therein.
(ii) When used as packing material in or in relation to the export of goods eligible for drawback , other than jute yarn, jute fabrics and jute manufactures .
Rs . 660/- (Rupees six hundred and sixty only) per tonne in respect ofjute content plus the appro- priate rate of drawback for paper content , plas- tic content , man-made filament yarn content , spun yarn content and/ or other materials con- tained as specified against the relevant sub- serial number of this schedule subject to the conditions , if any , mentioned therein .
2. This public notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of September, 1980.
