NOTIFICATION
O.N. 26(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the followinff further amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434|UP[HP|79(1), dated the 4th October, 1979, namely :—
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification, for the existing entry numbered 2 appearing against item 2, the entry '2. Shri R. M. Yadav' Deputy Collector/Additional Sub-divisional Magistrate, Barahsyun. Pauri' &hall be substituted.
The above amendment shall be deemed lo have taken effect from 6-5-1981.
