S.O. 745(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sec- tion 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), read with Rules, 2, 4 and 5 of the Development Council '(Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints, for a period of two years with immediate eifect, the following persons to be members of the Development Council for the Scheduled Industries engaged hi the manufacture or production of Machine Tools, in place of the members appointed under the Minis- try of Industry (Department of Heavy Industry) Order No. S.O. 8873 dated the 23rd February, 1979, as amended from time to time, whose tenure of office has expired.
