&.Q. 755(E).—Whereas election has been held in pursuance of the notifica- tion No. S.O. 677(E), dated the 2nd September, 1981 issued under section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), for the purpose of filling the seat of a member of the Council of States elected by the elected members of the legislative Assembly of the State of Sikklm who rctucd on the 19th October, 1981, oq the expiration of his term of office ;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 71 of the said Act, the name of the member elected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Sikkim is heiebv notified for Kcneral information :—
