NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th September, 1981
S.O. 759(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), read with section 17 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby ap- points the Chief Agricultural Expert, Department of Agricultuie and Co operation, who is performing thc functions of Agriculture Commissioner rela- ting to coconut development, as a member of the Coconut Development Board, and for that purpose amends the Government notification, in the Ministry of Agricultme (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) No. S.O. 2t(E), dated the 12th January, 1981, as follows, namely :—
In the said notification, for entry (relating to) 2, thc following entry shall bo substituted, namely :—
"2. Chief Agricultural Member
F\pert, Department of Ex-Offlcio". Agriculture and Co-operation, Government of India.
