S.O. 76"I(E),'—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industries (Development i"nd Regulation) Act, 195 J (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby specifies a period J£ six months from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette as the period within which the owner of every industrial undertaking engaged in the manufacture of pressure cookers shall obtain a certificate of registration.
