1340 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MrNlSTRY OF.INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Development) ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd Octobei, 1981 And, whereas the duration of said ord-r has been extended for a further period of six months, that U, upto and in- clusive of 23rd April 1981 by the Notification of the Go- vernment of India jn the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O 855IE), dated the 23rd October 1980 ;S.O. 765(E)./18A/1DRA,/81,—Whereas by the oider of the Government of India in the lute Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of. Industrial Development) No. S.O. 678(E)/18A/lDRA/72 dated the 24ih October, 1972 (hereinafter rcferied to as the said order), the management of the Industrial undertaking known ;is Messrs Carter Pooler und Company Private Limited, Calcutta, had been taken over by the Authorised Conti oiler >ef erred to in the said order for u period of 5 years :
And, whereas the duration of the said Older had been extended for a further period of two years that is upto and inclusive of the 23id October, 1979, by Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 62(XE)/18A/1DRA/ 77, dated the 19th August, 1977 ;
And, whereas the duration of the said order has been extended foi a further period of one year, that is, upto and inclusive of 23rd October, 1980, by Notification of the Government of Tndla in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O 590(E)/i8A/lDRA/79 dated the 23rd October, 1979 ;
And, whereas the duration of said older has been extended to; a further period of six months, that is, upto and inclusive of 23id October 1981 by the Notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Mvnistiy of Industiy (Department of Industiw) Development) No. S.O. 3i5(E) dated the 22nd April 1981 ;
And, whcieas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the manage- ment of tho said industrial undertaking by the said authorised controller should continue for a further period upto and inclusive of 23rd April 1982 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the poweri conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of the Section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 23rd April 1982.
