NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd October, 1981
8.O. 7<"9(E).—Whereas Shri Waris R. Kidwai, a member of Employees' State Insurance- Corporation nominated by the Central Government in consul- tation with the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises under clause (f) of section 4 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), has resigned his office by notice in writing to the Central Government.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby accepts the resignation of Shri Waris R Kidwai and declares his seat vacant with effect from the date of publication of this notification in tie Official Gazette.
