S.O, ??"(£).—In exercise of the powers conferred by seetioa 9 of the Cus- toms Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Nhava Village in Panvel Tahika of District Raigad in the State of Maharashtra to be a warehousing station.
