New Delhi, the 29th October, 1981

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 779(E).—In exercise °f 'he powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Cential Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. Thij Order may be called the Export* (Control) Thirty-nrit Amend-

ment Order. 1981.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3, the existing entry

in Col. 4 against S.No. lfi shall be substituted by the following :—

"Export allowed subject to minimum export price of Rs. 6,000 per

M.T. (f.o.b.)."
