In the said Order, in the Table, in the proviso to item 1, in column (1), for the figures, sign, brackets and words "90 per cent (ninety per cent)", the figure*, sign, biackcts and words "70 per cent (seventy per cent)' shall be substituted.

2. This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 1981.
