G.S.R. 574{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10 End 11 rend with sub-sections (1) and (6) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby notifies the nppoirrlment of Shri G. D. Bangur, as a representative of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Calcutta, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Calcutta, vice Shri B. H. Singhr.nia nnd makes the following amendment, in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping End Transport (Transport Wing) G.S.R. No, 368(E), dated the. 11th Juno, 1979.

In the said notification, in the entry against serial number 14, for the word* and letters "Shri B. H. Singhania", the words and letters "Shri G. D. Banpir" ahall be substituted.
