1368 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(U)]An4 whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in delation to the said industrial undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests jit the jjeneraj public with a view ta preventing fall in the volume of production in the sche- duled industry, namely the cotton textiles industry;
{other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said industrial under- talcing is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall reniain suspended upto and in- clusive of 21st November, 1981, and that all the riphts, privileges, obhgatioas and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto JIJJ inclusive of 21st November,' J M 1 '"
