O.N. 79(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section .(11 oE sec- tion 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 19511, the Flection Commission hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made In its notification No. 434)MT179(2), dated 18 October, 1979, namely:—
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, against item '15-Nandurbar (ST) parliamentary constituency', for the existing en- tries at (2) and (4), the following shall "be substituted.—
(2) 'District Resettlement Officer, Dhule' anil
(4) 'Sub-DivisionHi Officer, Dhulc Division, Dhule'.
