S.O. 785{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under sub-section i,i) of section 34 of that Act in relation to the offences under Section 27 of the said Act shall, in so far es those offences relutc to any illegal strike in any set vice in or in connection wirb the working of the Sirigao and Pale Mines, be cxercisable also by the Secretary, Industries and Labour, Panaji, Goa.
