G.S.R. 583(E).—In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 ot the Centra] Excise Rules,} 944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minstry ? f ™n a n cc fDePartnient of Revenue) No. 95/79 -Central Excise, dated the tst March, 1979, namely:—
