ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th November, 1981
S.O. 793(E)/18FA/IDRA/81.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 64l(E)/18FA/18AA/IDRA/78 dated the 10th November, 1978 the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18FA read with Section 1KAA of the Industries (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 [65 of 1951), authorised the West Bengal Pharmaceutical and phytochemical Development Corporation Limited, Ilace House find Moor) 1 and 3. Barbourne Road, Calcutta-700001 to take over the management of Messrs Dr. Paul Lohmann (India) Limited of Calcutta for a period of three years commencing from the 10th November. 1978;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order No. S.O. 641(E)/1RFA/18AA/IDRA/78 dated 10th November, 1978 should continue to have effect after the expiry of the period of 3 years aforesaid ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (2) of section 18FA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Govermment hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of :;i\ nion'hs commencing from 10th November. 1981.
