No. 187/81-CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 587(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by r,ub-rule (2) o£ rule 49, and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excise, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely:—
In clause (i) of paragraph 2 of the said notification, after item (zza), the
following item shall be inserted, namely:—r
"(zzb) Mathiua Refinery (Uttar Pradesh)."
