सा० का० वि० 589( 0) :-केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क मियम 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं ० 302/ 79 -ता० 4 दिसम्बर, 1979 का निम्नलिखित ौर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी मे क्रम सं ० 1 और 2 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

सा० का० ति० 590 ( ५) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्तमंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) ११ अधिसूचना सं ० 5/80 केन्द्रीय उत्पाव - मुल्क, वारीख 27 फरवरी , 1980 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 590 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 5 /80 -Central Excises , dated the 27th February, 1980 , namely:---
In the said notification , for the Table , the following Table shall be substituted .

सा० का ० ति० 591 ( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, 1944 (1944 का 1) की पहली अनुसूची की मद संख्यांक 15क की उप मह ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाली और किसी ऐसे औद्योगिक संस्थान में, जिसकी उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) के उपबंधों के अधीन ऐसी अत्य घनत्व के पालिथिलीन के विनिर्माण के लिए वार्षिक अनुज्ञप्त क्षमता एक लाख टन से कम है , विनिमित्त अल्पधनत्व पालिथिलीन को उस पर उग्रहणीय उतने उत्पाव-शुल्क से जो मूल्यानुसार तीस प्रतिशत से अधिक है, छूट देती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Cxcise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts low density polyethylenc , falling under sub - item ( 1) of ltem No. 15A of the First Schedul to the Central Excise and Salt Act , 1944 (1 of 1944) , and manu . factured in any industrial undertaking whose anrual licensed capacity under the provisions of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) for manufacturing such low density polyethylene is less than onelakh tonnes , from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon as is in excess of thirty per cent . ad valorem .

सा० फा० वि० 592 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधि- नियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंशालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं ० 205 सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 16 अक्तूबर, 1980 को विखंडित करती है ।

सो ० फा० ति० 593(८) केन्द्रीय मरकार , वित्त अधिनियम, 1981 ( 1981 का 16) की धारा 47 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के माथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं० 130 सीमा-शुल्क , तारीख 12 मई, 1981 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में श्रम सं ० 68 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub - section (4) of section 47 of the Finance Act, 1981 (16 of 1981 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenus ) No. 130 -Customs , dated the 12th May, 1981 , namely:-
Inthe Schedule to the said notfication , Serial No. 68 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted .

सा० फा० ति० 594( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधिनियम 1981 ( 1981 का 16) की धारा 47 की उपधारा ( 4) के साथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना स ० 137 -सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 12 मई, 1981 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी में क्रम सं ० 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

सा० का० ति ० 595 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त बाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंककारी विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 227-सीमाशुल्क तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1976 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तंभ 3 में क्रम सं ० 4 के सामने " मूल्यानुसार 90 प्रतिशत अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर "मूल्यानु- सार 65 प्रतिशत" अक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is neces- sary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 227- Customs , dated the 2nd August , 1976, namely :-
In the Table annexed to the said notification , in column( 3 ) against Serial No. 4, for the figures and words '90 per cent ad bom " , the figures and words " 65 per cent ad valorem." shall be substituted .
