S.O. 79S(E).—In exercise of (he powers conferred by section 4 of the British India Corporation Limilcd (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981), the Central Go\ernment hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 432(LTl, dated tbe llth Tune, 1981 published at pages 733-734 of Part II, .Section 3, Sub-section Hi) of tbe Gazette of Tndia Extraordinary dnted Ihc llth June, 1981, namely :—
In the said notification for serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto,
Ihe following shall be substituted, numely :—
"4. Shri A. K. Mukherjee,
Toiut Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Department of Textiles, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi."
