SO, 799(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by ^ub-section (1) ol section "J,A)1 the Unlawful,,Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitute* the "Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Shri Justice K. N. Saikia, Judge of the Gauhati High Court.
