( संवर्ग' सा० का० नि० 602 (अ) भारतीय वन सेवा नियमावली, 1966 के नियम 4 के माथ पठित अक्रिय भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, मध्य प्रवेश सरकार के परामर्श से, भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली , 1966 में और प्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियनन) आठवां संशोधन विनियमावली 1981 है ।
( 2 ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाणन की तारीख को प्रबूत होगे ।
भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का मियतन ) विनियमावली, 1966 की अनुमूत्री मे " मध्य प्रदेश " शीर्षक तथा उसके नीचे पड़ने

G.S.R. 602 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (a) of section 3 of the All India Service Act , 1951 (61 of1951), read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service ( Cadre) Rules , 1966, the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, namely :-
(1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Seventh Amend- ment Regulations , 1981 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette.
In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, for the heading " Madhya

सा० फा० ति ० 603 (अ) -केन्द्रीय गरकार , भारतीय बन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठितम अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय बन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1968 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एनद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय बन भना ( वेतन ) सातवां संशोधन नियम. 1981 है ।

2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम 1968 में:-
(क) अनुसूची III-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के समय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पदों की तालिका में प्रथम कालम में पड़ने वाली प्रविष्टि "मध्य प्रदेश " और द्वितीय तथा तृतीय कालमों में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा अर्थातः--
