Now Delhi, the 16th November, 1981S.R.O. 26(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (l) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act. 1947 (15 of 1947), and in continuation of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence S.R.O. No. 14-E dated the 18lh April 1981. S.R.O No. 15(F.) dated the 16th May, 1981, S.R.O. No. 17-E dated the 16th June 1981. S.R.O. No. 18-E dated the (55)

16th July 1981, S.R.O. No. 21-E doted the 17th August 1981. S.R.O. No. 22-E dated the 16fh September 1981 and S.R.O. No. 25-E dated the 17th October 1981, the Central Government hereby declares every service forming part of, or connected with, the generation, supply, operation and maintenance of petroleum products and running of oil installations and pipelines in Assam to be a service of vital importance to the community for a further period pf cno month with effect from 18th November, 1981.

I)] S.R.O. 27(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), iho Central Government hereby declares (a) all services ii connection with the pro- duction, supply and distribution of water and electricity includ- ing the services under the State Electricity Board constituted under the Electricity Supply Act 1943 and (b( any Telesruph and Telephone services in the State of Assam to bo services of vital importance to the community.
