(EXPORT TRADE CONTROL)

ORDER

New Delhi, the 20th November, 1981

S.O. 820A(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977|AM(222).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely:—.

1. This Order may bo called the Exports (Control) Thirty- thjrd Amend-

ment Order, 1981.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order¹, 1977—

In OGL. 3, Schedule I, the existing entries in Col. 4 of S. No. 81

shall be substituted by the following entry:—

"Export allowed to all permissible destinations".
