ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th November, 1981
Sugars aDd Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Seetha- nanagaram in the District of Srikakiyiam in the State of Andhra Pradesh or the company owning the said unit is a party on which may be applicable to the said industrial unit o] company shall remain suspended for a period of one year nnd all rights and previleges, obligations and liabilities accru- ing or arising thereunder before the issue of the said Order shall icmain. suspended for the said period ;
And, whereas, the Centfal Government is satisfied that the 'lui.ition of the said Order should be extended for a further poi iod upto nnd inclusive of 5th January, 1982 ;
Mow, theicfore, in exercise of the poweis conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1BFB of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Art, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends th© duration of the said Order for a further period upto and inclusive of the 5tli January, 19K2.
