G.S.R. *11(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) ef * b- •eclion (3) of section 1 of the Employees' Piovident Funds an-l Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby •pecifiet every establishment engaged in stevedoring, loading and unloading of thipt and employing twenty or more persons as a class of establishment to whicfc the said Act shall apply with immediate effect.
