सा ०क। ०नि ० 615 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क प्रधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 को उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना मावश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) को अधिसूचना सं ० 117 -सीमाशुल्क [सा०का ० ति० 318 ( प) ] , तारीख 9 जून 1978 का निम्मलिखित भौर संशोधन करती है , प्रर्थात्-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रथम अनुसूची में: -
( क ) क्रम संख्यांक 3 के सामने स्तम्भ 2 में , अन्त में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्.- "ग्लिसरील बौर ग्लिसरीन" ;

(ख ) श्रम संख्यांक 6 के सामने, स्तम्भ में, अन्स में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , थर्यात्:- स्टाइल बाल" ;
(ग ) क्रम संख्यांक 13 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टयों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याँक और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की एंगो , अर्थात

(ध) क्रम संख्यांक 25 के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में, "क" और 'ख' श्रेणी का" शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "क, 25, 35 , 45, 56, 6क, भोर ख श्रेणी का " शब्द और भक्षर रखे जाएंगे ;
(ङ) क्रम संख्यांक 35 और उसने सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्ः-

New Delhi , the 23rd November , 1981
G.S.R. 615 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central, Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further tmendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण
1795 [भाग II--खण्ड 3 ( i) ]
(Department of Revenue ) No. 117 - Customs [ GSR 318 ( F ) ] , dated the 9th June 1978 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the First Schedule ,-
(a) against Serial No. 3 , in column 2 , the following shall be added at the end, namely:-
"glycerol and glycerine" ;
(b) against Serial No. 6, in column 2 , the following shall be added at the end, namely:-
"rutile sand" ;
(c) after Serial No. 13 and the entries relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted , ramely :
