ORDER
1442 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Induitry (Department of' Industrial Development) Nos. S.O. 747(E)/18A/lDRA/79, dated 22n 1 November, 1979, for a further period upto and Inclusive of 24lh November, 1980;Development No. S.O. 725(E)/18A/IDRA/72, dated the 25th November, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said order), a Board of Management was authorised to take over the whole of the Industrial undertaking known as Messrs India Machinery Company Limited, Howrah, for a period of five years upto and inclusive of 24th November 1977 ;
And whereas the said order was modified by the older of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Dcpart- jneni of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 630(E)/18A/ IDRA/77, dated thc 24th August, 1977, and the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta was authorised to take over the management of the said under- taking ;
And whereas the duration of the said order wai extended by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No, S.O. 784(E)/18A/IDRA/77 ; dated the 24th November, 1977, for a further period upto and inclusive of 24th November, 1979 ;
And whereas the duration of the said older was extended by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of And whereas the duration of the said order was extended bv the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O, 900(E)/ 18A/IDRA/80 dated 21st November, 1980, for a further period upto and inclusive of 24th November, 1981;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it Is expedient in the public interest that thc dwation of the said order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 24th May, 1982;
Now, therefore, in exercise of ihe powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of lection 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Goveilnment hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 24th May, 1982.
